This form is for existing monthly subscription members only.

This is not a membership sign up form.

 

Please use this form to update credit card details, submit freeze request or cancellation of monthly membership. Request needs to be submitted 2 days before the end of the month.

Freezing of account will be for the period of the whole month. Unfreezing will only be allowed at the following billing date.

Payment made are non-refundable, this includes monthly dues and freeze fee.
